Scott’s Banana Bread

1/2 cup oil 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 3 bananas (mashed) 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 Tablespoons milk 1 teaspoon vanilla Blend oil and sugar. Add eggs and bananas. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add milk and vanilla. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
