DOUGH:
1 cup flour
3 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/4 pound butter
FILLING:
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon melted butter
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (pecans OR English walnuts)

2 (16-ounce) bags of frozen baby carrots
3 cups apple cider
2 Tablespoons butter
1-1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
4 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
In a large skillet with a lid combine all ingredients and heat over medium-high heat.
Bring to a simmer.

Fix your favorite coffee and add hot cocoa mix (plain chocolate or flavored).
Mix well. No need to add sugar or creamer unless you desire it.

1/2 cup butter OR margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Melt butter in microwave.
Add sugars, egg, flour and vanilla; mix well.
Add pecans; mix well.
Using spoon, drop dough 2-inches apart onto cookie sheet.

1 Granny Smith apple
1 cup original pancake mix
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
