Banana Zucchini Bread

2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 medium bananas, mashed (1 cup)
3 cups flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/2 teaspoons soda
1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups shredded, unpeeled zucchini
1 cup chopped pecans
In a mixing bowl beat eggs, blend in oil and sugar.
Add bananas and mix well.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Stir in egg mixture.
Stir in zucchini and pecans until combined.
Pour into two greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
