Beefy Cheeseball
cjRecipes.com1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 package Buddig Beef
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions
1/2 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
sliced almonds (optional)
Let cream cheese soften to almost room temperature. Cut beef into small pieces with clean scissors. Cut up green onions (use all of the onion from green to white). Mix everything together, except almonds. Form into a ball. Roll in nuts and wrap in wax paper or aluminum foil. Serve with favorite crackers.
