apples (your choice)
sugar
cinnamon
1. Wash apples.
2. Core each apple.
3. Cut into small pieces. Put a little water into pan with apples and cook.
Stir constantly.
4. Cook apples until soft, then run them through a sieve (to remove peeling) into a dish.
5. Add sugar and cinnamon to taste.
