Charlie’s Banana Pudding

2 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 Tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 egg yolks
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon banana flavoring
graham crackers
Blend sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt in hot milk.
Stir constantly until thick.
Beat egg yolks.
Add a little of above mixture to egg yolks, stirring constantly.
Blend in the rest and cook for one minute longer. Add flavoring.
Alternate layers of ripe bananas and layers of pudding in serving dish until full.
Sprinkle crumbled graham crackers on top.
