Charlie’s Cheesecake

1/4 pound butter OR margarine
1 can Wilson milk (cold)
1 large package lemon Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 (8-ounce) package Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in cream cheese.
In large mixing bowl whip Wilson milk until thick.
Add sugar and Jell-O mixture, then extracts. Beat well.
Make a crust of graham crackers and line baking dish or bowl.
Pour in milk mixture and chill in refrigerator overnight.
