Charlie’s Chicken Enchiladas
cjRecipes.com2 (13 ounce) cans Premium Chicken Breast in water (drained)
1 cup chili salsa
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles
2-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
10-8 inch flour tortillas
1. Combine salsa, chiles and chicken.
2. Place mixture in tortillas and roll.
3. Place seam side of tortillas into 9 x 13 baking dish.
4. Pour whipping cream over top.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
6. Sprinkle cheese on top of tortillas and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
