Chicken A L’Orange
cjRecipes.com1/2 cup prepared orange juice
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
4 unbreaded chicken breast filets, thawed
4 teaspoons orange marmalade
In shallow dish, mix orange juice and soy sauce.
Add chicken, turning to coat thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, turning chicken once.
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Place chicken and orange juice mixture into a 9-inch square pan.
Top each chicken breast with 1 teaspoon orange marmalade.
Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 4 servings.
