Corn Relish

2-1/2 cups frozen cut corn
1/3 cup red bell peppers, chopped
1/3 cup green bell peppers, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped fine
1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1-1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients into a large sauce pan.
Over medium-high heat, bring corn mixture to a boil.
Boil for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Place in a non-metallic container, cover and refrigerate.
Chill at least 8 hours to allow the flavors to blend.

Makes 4 cups.
