Crunchy Onion Chicken
cjRecipes.com2 cups (4-ounces) French’s Original OR Cheddar French Fried Onions
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
Crush French Fried Onions in plastic bag.
Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until no longer pink in center.
Makes 4 servings.
