Curried Fruit Medley
cjRecipes.com1 can pear halves
1 can peach halves
1 can pineapple bits
1 can apricot halves
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter OR margarine
2 Tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Drain all fruit well.
Melt butter in saucepan or skillet.
Blend in sugar, vinegar and cinnamon.
Pour over fruit.
Bake at 225 degrees for 30 minutes.
