Golden Chicken Nuggets

4 whole chicken breasts
1/2 cup unseasoned fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons monosodium glutamate
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried leaf thyme
1 teaspoon dried leaf basil
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
 
1.Bone chicken breasts,remove skin.Cut each breast half into 6 to 8 nuggets,about 1-1/2 inches square.
2. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, monosodium glutamate, salt and herbs.
3. Dip chicken nuggets in melted butter, then in crumb mixture. Place in single layer on foil-lined baking sheets. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees) 10 minutes. Chill until ready to use.

Makes 4 to 5 dozen nuggets
