Grandma Lu’s Scotcheroos

1 cup sugar
1 cup light Karo syrup
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups Rice Krispies
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup chocolate chips

Combine sugar and light Karo syrup.  Boil.  Remove from heat.
Mix in peanut butter.  Add Rice Krispies.
Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Melt butterscotch chips and chocolate chips together.  Spread overtop Rice Krispies.
DO NOT REFRIGERATE.
