Harrison’s Rhubarb Jam
cjRecipes.com5 cups rhubarb (cut fine)
4 cups sugar
1 package Strawberry Jell-O
Mix rhubarb and 1 cup sugar together and let stand overnight.
In morning, add 3 more cups of sugar. Boil until thick.
Add one package of strawberry Jell-O.
Stir until Jell-O is dissolved.
Pour into glass and seal.
