Homemade Pie Crust

2 cups flour
1 cup soft, warm shortening (Crisco)
4-7 Tablespoons ICE COLD water
salt to taste

Mix ingredients together.
Roll between floured wax paper.
Roll to size of pie dish; adding a little for sides.
Peel top layer off, fold in half, peel paper back, flip and repeat (to make it easy to lift).
Form into pie pan.
Prick thoroughly with fork.
Bake at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
Peek after 5 minutes.
If bubbles appear, pinch it once.
Cool before filling.
