Italian Chicken
cjRecipes.com6 unbreaded chicken breast filets, thawed
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 (14-1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cooked white rice
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Spray 9 x 13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Layer ingredients in prepared pan IN ORDER GIVEN.
Bake uncovered, at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
Serve over rice.
Refrigerate leftovers.
