Jeff’s Chocolate Rice Krispie Treats

1 cup sugar
1 cup light Karo syrup
1 cup peanut butter
5 1/2-6 cups Rice Krispies
1/2 bag chocolate chips
1/2 bag butterscotch chips
Mix Karo syrup and sugar in saucepan.  Heat.  Stir in peanut butter.  Pour over Rice Krispies.  Mix. 
Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with vegetable spray and press mixture into pan.  Melt chips together.  Pour over Rice Krispies and spread to cover.  Let cool to set.
