M and M Cookies (M & M)

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon water
1 egg
1 cup PLUS 2 Tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup “M & M” plain candy
Blend shortening and sugars.
Beat in vanilla, water and egg.
Sift dry ingredients together and add M & M candy.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
