Marinated Four-Bean Salad

MAKES 18 SERVINGS:

Salad Dressing:
1/3 cup soybean oil
3/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds

Salad Ingredients:
1 (14-1/2 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
1 (14-1/2 ounce) can sliced carrots, drained
1 (14-1/2 ounce) can wax beans, drained
1 (15-1/2 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
1 (10 ounce) package frozen shelled edamame (shelled green soybeans), thawed
1 medium sweet onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped

Combine dressing ingredients; mix well.
In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients; pour dressing over vegetable mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours before serving.
