Parfait Consomme
cjRecipes.com1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed consomme
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons chopped chives
Place unopened can of consomme in refrigerator until jellied, about 4 hours.
To serve, spoon a little consomme into each parfait glass.
Top with sour cream.
Repeat layers; sprinkle chives on top.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
