1/2 cup crunchy-style peanut butter
3/4 cup vegetable shortening
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 package (6-ounces) chocolate morsels
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Confectioners' sugar
milk
peanut butter
Mix confectioners' sugar with a little milk until stiff.
Roll out and spread peanut butter on top.
Roll up and slice.
Let stand for a few minutes and it is ready to eat.
