1-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Mazola oil
2 Tablespoons milk
Blend dry ingredients together.
Mix liquid ingredients together.
Add liquid to dry ingredients IN the pie pan.
Press to shape.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees.

1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup flour (self-rising)
1 cup chopped pecans
2 eggs
2/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients.
Spray cooking spray into a mini-muffin pan.
Spoon batter into muffin pan.

1 cup soft, warm shortening (Crisco)
4-7 Tablespoons ICE COLD water

1/2 cup light Karo syrup
1/2 cup melted butter
3 eggs, well beaten
1 cup shelled pecans
1-9 inch unbaked pie shell
Combine sugar, syrup and melted butter.

3 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
6 Tablespoons sugar
Eggs need to be at room temperature.

2/3 cup sugar
4 Tablespoons cornstarch
salt
2/3 cup coconut
2-1/4 cup milk
3 egg yolks
3 Tablespoon margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in pan.
Mix half of milk with mixture.
Mix remaining milk and eggs together. Add to mixture.
Cook until thickens and lumpy.
Pour into bowl with margarine.

Pastry for 9-inch pie
3 cups sliced or cubed Vidalia onions
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
2 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk, undiluted
1 teaspoon salt
