2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
1 jar (5 to 10-ounces) marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (6-ounce) package (1 cup) butterscotch morsels
1 cup coarsely-chopped walnuts
1 (6-ounce) package (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, evaporated milk and butter into saucepan.
Bring to a full boil, over moderate heat, stirring constantly.
Boil for 10 minutes over moderate heat, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Add marshmallow cream and vanilla. Stir until mixture is smooth.
Take 2 cups of hot mixture and add butterscotch morsels and 1/2 cup walnuts.
Stir together until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth.
Pour evenly into greased 9-inch square pan.
Add chocolate morsels and 1/2 cup walnuts to remaining hot mixture.
Stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth.
Pour evenly over butterscotch mixture in pan.
Chill until firm.

Makes 2-1/2 pounds.
