Velveeta Salsa Mac ‘N Cheese

1 pound ground beef
1 (16-ounce) jar chunky salsa
1-3/4 cups water
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
3/4 pound (12-ounce) Velveeta Processed Cheese Spread (cut up)

Brown meat in large skillet. Drain.
Add salsa and water. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover with tight-fitting lid. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
Add Velveeta. Stir until melted

Makes 4-6 servings.
